A selfie becomes a skin report in seconds - personalised, production-ready, and honest about edge cases.
The problem
Skin advice online is either a quiz or a clinic. People wanted a first read from a photo, and most tools failed the moment lighting or skin tone changed.
What I did

Defined the job as a report, not a filter - findings, confidence, and a next step.
- 02
Tuned the analysis path against real selfies, including darker skin tones and harsh light.
- 03
Designed a three-second flow from camera to result so the product feels inevitable.
- 04
Shipped a TypeScript / Vite client with a Node backend that can actually be demoed.
Outcome
A working product loop: capture, analyse, recommend. Not a model card sitting in a repo.
